Reports and programs for cancer research
Simpl. designed the programmes and annual reports for EORTC, the pioneering European organization in clinical cancer research. Institutional materials to showcase more than sixty years of multidisciplinary and multinational research.
The Challenge
The EORTC is an international non-profit organization established under Belgian law in 1962. Based in Brussels, it coordinates and conducts translational and clinical research in oncology at European scale. Its network exceeds 4,000 members in more than 60 countries, with a headquarters mobilizing over 200 collaborators. Its publications address a triple audience: the international scientific community, regulatory agencies (notably the EMA), and public and private funders. The supports had to translate dense scientific activity into documents readable at multiple levels, without diluting rigor.
Our approach
Simpl. designed the EORTC's annual programs and reports to articulate three inseparable components: science (ongoing clinical trials, SPECTA, SUCARE, E²-RADIATE, YOU research platforms), governance (network, indicators, institutional partnerships), and impact (results for patients). Visual hierarchy makes dense scientific content readable without altering precision. Editorial treatment remains coherent with the institutional character of a century-old organization in European oncology.
The result
Simpl. delivered to the EORTC a range of programs and annual reports that structure multipartner clinical research activity. These supports sustain the organization's visibility among its scientific partners, European regulatory agencies, and its funders.
