Qualification call
We confirm fit, scope and timeline. If the audit is not the right starting point for your situation, we will say so.
A structured audit for European associations, federations and membership organisations — before committing to a full rebuild.
Most organisations that come to us don’t need a redesign on day one. They need clarity.
A digital presence audit surfaces exactly what is working, what isn’t, and what to fix first — so any investment that follows is grounded in evidence, not assumptions.
Since 2005, Simpl. has helped more than 80 European associations, federations and B2B organisations clarify their communication and digital presence. This audit is the structured starting point we use before any rebuild.
Typically completed in 2–3 weeks. No obligation to continue with Simpl.
This audit is designed for European associations, federations and membership organisations with an existing website that no longer supports their work — fragmented content, unclear messaging, poor contact follow-up, or a team that depends on external support for every update.
It is equally relevant for B2B SMEs with complex expertise and a website that does not generate qualified enquiries.
If any of the following sounds familiar, the audit is the right first step
A thorough website audit for European associations covers more than page speed and broken links.
Is it immediately obvious who you serve, what you offer, and why it matters?
Are the right pages in place? Do they guide visitors toward a clear next step?
News, events, resources and programmes: are they structured for findability and easy maintenance?
Does your digital presence align with your brand across all touchpoints?
A review of usability and readability on all devices, including how the site behaves for people who navigate it differently.
What happens after someone submits a form? Is there a reliable, traceable follow-up path?
Our accessibility review is informed by the W3C’s WCAG 2.2 principles. It is not a formal compliance audit.
This is the core of any serious association website review: not just what the site looks like, but whether it actually supports your organisation’s work.
Nothing is left to interpretation. You know what arrives, and when.
You leave with a document your team can act on — with or without us.
To be direct about scope:
The audit is a diagnostic, not a project delivery. It tells you what to do. Implementation is a separate engagement.
We confirm fit, scope and timeline. If the audit is not the right starting point for your situation, we will say so.
Simpl. reviews your digital presence across all six areas. We work from your live site, existing content, and any documentation you share. This is a web audit grounded in Brussels-based expertise with European association contexts — not a generic checklist.
Findings, priorities and the 90-day roadmap are presented in a strategy meeting. You receive the written audit document before the meeting so your team can prepare questions.

Nicolas runs the qualification call, the review and the restitution meeting. Simpl. has worked with European associations, federations and B2B organisations from Brussels since 2005.
LinkedInPrimarily European associations, federations and membership organisations with an existing website that no longer supports their team’s work. Also relevant for B2B SMEs whose website does not generate qualified enquiries.
If you are starting from scratch with no existing site, contact us directly — the audit format may not be the right entry point.
Typically two to three weeks from the scoping call to the restitution meeting, depending on the complexity of your digital presence and the availability of your team for the scoping call.
No. We work from your live site and publicly available content.
If you have internal documentation — an existing strategy, a previous audit, CRM setup notes — sharing it improves the depth of our review, but it is not required.
No. We conduct a WCAG-informed review of accessibility and mobile experience as part of the six-area audit. A formal WCAG compliance audit is a separate, more technical engagement.
You receive a prioritised action list and a 90-day roadmap. If a Phase 2 rebuild or significant update is warranted, we include a proposed scope.
There is no obligation to continue with Simpl. — the audit is a standalone deliverable.
Pricing is confirmed during the qualification call, based on the scope and complexity of your digital presence. Request an audit below and we will discuss it there.
You do not need to know what to fix. The audit is designed to surface what matters most before you invest in a redesign.
