Monthly digital partnership

Ongoing artistic and digital leadership, without taking on new staff.

For European organisations and B2B SMEs without a full-time digital manager: your website, your content and your visual identity will be managed on a monthly basis by the studio that designed — or revamped — your brand identity.

From €800 (excl. VAT) per month. No annual commitment.

Who it is for

Your website exists. But nobody has time to look after it.

Your website is up and running. Your organisation is moving forward. But nobody has the time to manage your digital presence on a regular basis – and it shows. Simpl.’s monthly digital support service bridges exactly this gap: a hands-on digital partner, every month, across the board.

This offer is for you if at least three of these signals sound familiar

  • Your website has stalled.

Flat traffic, no improvement for months, nobody looking after it.

  • Content is out of date.

Stale event pages, news from six months ago, offers that have since changed.

  • Contacts are not followed up.

The forms work, but nobody knows what happens next.

  • Your team loses time on technical tasks.

Updates, bugs, requests to a supplier that drag on.

  • No view of what actually works.

No clear figures, no decisions grounded in data.

  • Your reputation is being eroded bit by bit.

A makeshift banner here, a PDF that doesn’t comply with the style guide there. Six months on, your materials give the impression of three different organisations. Nobody did anything wrong — nobody was responsible for ensuring consistency.

What the partnership covers

Eight recurring deliverables, every month.

  • Visual and editorial consistency

Every piece of content we publish — whether it’s a page, an image, a newsletter or a document — adheres to your brand guidelines and tone of voice. That’s the difference between a service provider who simply carries out tasks and a studio that safeguards your brand image in the long term.

  • Content creation and adaptation

Service pages, articles, event copy, newsletters. Written or reworked according to what the month actually requires.

  • Page and event updates

Agenda, speakers, registrations, campaign results. Nothing is left behind.

  • Website maintenance and improvement

Technical updates, fixes, performance work. The site stays fast, secure and functional.

  • SEO and conversion work

Targeted monthly SEO support: tags, internal linking, speed, high-potential pages. Concrete adjustments, not theoretical reports.

  • Forms and CRM improvements

Contact forms, email sequences, segmentation. The contacts you capture are genuinely followed up.

  • AI support for your team

Prompts, templates and workflows tailored to your context, within a framework that complies with the GDPR and the AI Act: human validation, traceability, and no generated content published without proofreading. You save time without compromising your voice or your compliance.

  • A simple monthly report

One readable document: what was done, what moved, what comes next. No unreadable dashboard.

  • Monthly report and steering group meeting

Short, structured and decision-oriented. You stay in control without having to run everything.

What you delegate

What you no longer have to manage.

Delegating digital communications takes these items off your list. Association content — events, publications, member pages — becomes a steady flow rather than a quarterly emergency.

  • Urgent technical updates

And the anxiety that comes with them.

  • Content piling up in draft

Because nobody has time to finish it.

  • Incoming contacts

    Disappearing into a follow-up gap.

  • “Is our website actually working?”

The question that never gets a clear answer.

What this offer is not: not an on-demand content agency — it is a structured monthly partnership, not a supplier you call when things overflow; not a technical maintenance contract alone — maintenance is included, but it is the foundation, not the purpose; and not a locked-in annual commitment — the collaboration is framed over a reasonable period, with clear notice.

How it starts

Three steps, no surprises.

The partnership ideally starts after an audit or a redesign. If your website already works, a short review is enough to frame the collaboration.

  • Audit or review

We analyse your website, your current tools and your priorities. The result: a clear picture of where you stand, and first concrete recommendations.

  • Framing the collaboration

We define the monthly scope, the expected deliverables and the communication channels together. No locked-in annual contract.

  • Month one

We execute. The first actions are visible within the first two weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Before you delegate.

  • Is a monthly digital partnership suitable for a small association?

Yes. Most of our clients are organisations of 3 to 20 people with no dedicated digital lead. The offer is calibrated for teams that need a reliable digital partner, not a large agency with heavy processes.

  • What happens if our needs change from one month to the next?

That is expected. The monthly scope adjusts to your real priorities — an event launch, a new offer, a quiet period. The perimeter evolves with you.

  • Do we need a recent website to start?

No. If your website works, we start with a short review. If a redesign is needed, it can be planned in parallel with, or ahead of, the ongoing partnership.

  • How does monthly SEO support differ from a one-off audit?

A one-off audit gives you a picture. The monthly SEO support included in the partnership implements the fixes, tracks ranking movements and adjusts the strategy month after month. It is the difference between a diagnosis and a treatment.

  • Which tools do you use for tracking?

Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and whichever CRM or emailing tools you already use (HubSpot, Mailchimp, and so on). No opaque proprietary tool — you keep access to everything.

  • Is there a minimum commitment?

Three months is recommended to see measurable results, particularly on SEO. Beyond that, the collaboration runs on reasonable notice.

  • How is this different from a maintenance contract or a freelance arrangement?

A maintenance contract keeps the website up and running. A freelancer carries out requests. The Simpl. support package includes both of these, plus what neither of them covers: the responsibility for ensuring the consistency of your brand image, month after month, provided by the studio that has a thorough understanding of your brand identity. Your point of contact is the founder, not a replaceable project manager.

  • How much does coaching cost?

Support starts at €800 excluding VAT per month — the equivalent of one day’s studio time — for the core package: maintenance, updates, visual consistency, reporting and management. The scope of services beyond the core package (content production, SEO, CRM) is agreed upon at the outset and can be reviewed quarterly.

A minimum of three months is recommended to achieve measurable results. Beyond that, one month’s notice is required. There is no annual commitment.

Ready to delegate?

Two ways to start.

Not sure where you stand? The audit lays the groundwork in a few days. Website already in place and you want to move fast? Take thirty minutes to talk it through.
