Who we are
Simpl. is a visual communication agency augmented by artificial intelligence, based in Brussels. This website is available at https://simpl.brussels. For any question regarding your personal data, email us at hello@simpl.be.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide and what is strictly necessary for the website to work. We do not process sensitive data and make no automated decisions about you.
Contact form: your name, email address, the services you are interested in and the content of your message. This information is used solely to handle your request and reply to you. Delivery is handled by our email provider.
Document downloads: your first name, last name, company and email address, so we can send you the requested document and follow up commercially in our customer relationship management tool.
Booking: scheduling a call is done through an online calendar where you provide the information needed for the appointment.
Cookies and analytics
On arrival, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page.
Language cookie: a strictly necessary cookie remembers the display language of the site (French or English).
Analytics: subject to your consent, we may use Google Analytics to understand site usage in aggregate. The IP address is anonymised and no analytics cookie is set until you have accepted.
Form protection: we use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms against automated submissions. This security service is not used to track you.
Recipients and providers
To deliver our services, we rely on providers acting on our behalf: an email delivery service (Resend), a customer relationship and booking tool (HubSpot), an analytics solution (Google Analytics, if you accept it) and an anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; such transfers are governed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. We never sell your data.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel and its content is managed via Sanity.
Data retention
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and manage our relationship, then deleted or archived in accordance with our legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@simpl.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (APD) in Belgium.
