Rebuild your digital presence from end to end.
A website redesign for an association or B2B SME that goes beyond design: positioning, website, content and training delivered together as part of a single, structured project.
The project always starts with an audit: that is what guarantees it is calibrated to your actual situation.
Two situations, one need for clarity.
European associations
Your website exists. But it’s difficult to manage, your visual identity is inconsistent across different platforms, and your content is scattered across three Dropbox folders and an old SharePoint site. Your team is small – and sometimes made up of volunteers – and doesn’t have the time to deal with a system that’s proving difficult to manage.
The result: your website doesn’t reflect what you actually do. Your institutional partners land on a page dating back to 2019. Your members can’t find what they’re looking for.
What you want: a website that your team can manage on its own, a consistent brand identity, and messaging that resonates with your target audiences – members, funders and European institutions.
Specialised B2B SMEs
Your expertise is genuine. But it’s difficult to explain in just three lines. Your current website is a catalogue of services that nobody reads right through to the end. It doesn’t generate qualified leads. Prospects visit, don’t understand what you can do for them, and leave.
What you want: a website that translates your expertise into customer-friendly language, clearly highlights your value, and turns visits into enquiries.
What’s included in the offer
The Digital Clarity System comprises six modules, ranging from strategy to training. Nothing is outsourced lightly, and nothing is left unresolved.
Positioning and message architecture
Clarifying your value, your audiences and your differentiation. This is the foundation for everything else.
Visual identity
A new identity, or an evolution of the existing one: logo, typography, palette, usage guidelines. Coherent across every medium.
WordPress website
Custom development with the essential pages: services or programmes, blog, events, resources, conversion pages with clear calls to action. Manageable without a developer.
Content system
Ready-to-use LinkedIn templates, newsletter layouts, editorial guide. Your team takes over from day one.
CRM-connected forms
Contact and registration forms wired to your CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), with the first automated sequences configured.
Team training
A practical training session on the delivered website, with documentation handed over. No dependency on the agency for routine updates.
Four phases, until you are autonomous.
Audit
We start by understanding your actual situation: a review of what exists, interviews with stakeholders, analysis of messages and audiences.
Design
Positioning, site architecture, UX/UI mockups and visual identity sign-off — everything is validated before a single line is coded.
Development
WordPress integration, CRM connection, automation setup, and writing or revising the key content.
Handover and training
Go-live, team training on the delivered website, documentation handed over. The project closes when you are autonomous.

What this offer is not: not a template — the Digital Clarity System is a bespoke project, and the initial audit determines what is relevant to your situation; not a project without a prior audit — we do not start with design, but with understanding what is not working and why; not an offer reserved for large organisations — it is calibrated for teams of 3 to 20 people with limited resources; and not an ongoing maintenance service — the scope is defined, and evolving the website is the subject of a separate agreement.
Before starting a redesign.
How long does a Digital Clarity System project take?
Between 10 and 16 weeks, depending on the complexity of the website and your team’s availability for sign-offs. The schedule is fixed at the start.
Do we have to redo everything, or can we keep some existing elements?
The audit determines that. Some projects start from scratch, others evolve an existing identity or migrate an already structured website. The offer adapts.
Which CMS do you use?
WordPress, configured to be manageable without technical skills. The team can update content, add events and publish articles without touching code.
Do you work with associations outside Brussels?
Yes. Simpl. works with European associations and B2B SMEs based in Brussels, in other European capitals and fully remotely. Most projects run at a distance.
Does the redesign include content writing?
Writing the service or programme pages is included in the standard scope. Blog content and resources are produced with your team or quoted separately.
How is this different from a freelancer or a generalist agency?
Simpl. specialises in European associations and B2B SMEs with complex expertise. It is not a generalist agency adapting a template. The content system and the CRM connection are part of the base offer — not options billed on top.
The project always starts with an audit.
That is what guarantees the offer is calibrated to your actual situation, not to a standard list of deliverables.
A direct thirty-minute conversation is enough to see whether the Digital Clarity System fits your situation.
